Our Chef

Our chefs are very experienced in Indian especially South Indian cuisines.

One of them who is also one of the owners, hails from Thanjavur, South India. Thanjavur is very famous for not only the biggest temple but also for the great king, Raja Raja Cholan who ruled almost half of Asia from Thanjavur. The chef has 14 years of experience in preparing and cooking South Indian food.

His experiences also extend over the Asian continent as he has worked in Singapore and Malaysia for a few years. The restaurant in Singapore, 'Blue Star Islamic Restaurant' is still a fave in Singapore. He also owns' 'Amazing Indian Food' in City Cross Centre, Adelaide.

The other chef hails from Kerala, 'God's own Country”. He has many years of experience too as he has worked in India and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has also worked in a few restaurants in and around Adelaide.
